- 1 cup of smoked fish, flaked (use white fish)
- 2 tsp of chopped Chives (extra to garnish)
- 125g cream cheese
- 2 tsp of lemon juice (extra wedges to garnish)
- 1 pinch of flaky sea salt
- 1 pinch of cracked black pepper
Smoked fish dip is so easy to make - with fresh simple ingredients, you are onto a winner! All you need is a cold beer, fresh grilled ciabatta and you are set!
- Mix the ingredients together, try to keep some flakes of fish, don’t over mix.
- If you can wait, cover and chill for 2-3 hours for the flavours to blend.
- Serve with grilled ciabatta or with your favourite crackers, squeeze extra lime juice and a sprinkle more Chives on top!
