Oriental Salsa

    • 250g cherry tomatoes
    • 40g fresh Coriander
    • 15g fresh Vietnamese Mint
    • 1 baby spring onion
    • 1 red chili
    • Juice 1/4 of lime
    1. Quarter the tomatoes and slice the spring onions.
    2. De-seed and finely chop the red chilli.
    3. Roughly chop the Coriander and Vietnamese Mint.
    4. Add the lime and mix everything in a bowl.
