INGREDIENTS

45ml white rum
125ml soda water
4 wedges of lime
6 mint leaves
2 tsp vanilla sugar
lime slice and mint sprigs for garnish.

METHOD

Muddle the mint leaves and sugar together (that is gently smash up), fill with ice, add rum and top with soda. Stir and serve.
