- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 cup fresh Italian parsley
- ½ cup Coriander
- ½ cup raw cashew nuts

- Pinch salt / black pepper
- Tsp lemon juice
- ½ cup rape seed oil
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
