- 8 rashers thin sliced streaky bacon
- 20 asparagus spears, ends trimmed
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- Salt & pepper

Method:

- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Group 4 bundles of 5 asparagus together. Add a rosemary sprig to each bundle. Wrap each bundle in two pieces of bacon, then tie with a piece of string. Drizzle with oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked and delicious.
