Garlic Avocado Dip:
- 3 NZ Avocados, mashed
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 limes, juice
- 2 tsp avocado oil & garlic
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup Pistachio Kernels, chopped
- ¼ cup Basil leaves, chopped
- Pistachio Kernels
- Basil leaves
Method:
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients together and mash avocado with a fork. Add extra salt and lime juice to taste. Garnish and serve.
