- • 250g cherry tomatoes
- • 40g fresh Coriander
- • 15g fresh Vietnamese Mint
- • 1 baby spring onion
- • 1 red chili
- • Juice 1/4 of lime
- 1. Quarter the tomatoes and slice the spring onions.
